Aerial 4 Me - what do we do?
Aerial 4 Me offers aerial circus classes in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. We follow a method of teaching aerial arts based on:
Teaching in clearly linear progressions.
Each student learns differently and has different physical ability. Adjust the instruction accordingly.
Teaching a culture of safety.
Giving a sense of security by encouraging students to work within their own comfort level and pace.
Encouragement of self-assessment through body awareness.
If you are new here, WELCOME!
Our aerial classes are a 6-week commitment. Visit the Class Sign up page to view the calendar and sign up.
We also offer 101 Taster classes are for individuals looking to try it out before committing to 6 weeks.
If you wish to do drop-ins and are new to aerial fabrics, you must take the taster to learn basic stand, climb and knot skills or for Lyra, basic mounting technique. You do not need to take the taster if you sign up for the full 6 weeks Level 1.
Open Gym is open to enrolled students only and past students with permission. Read our Open Gym Rules under class descriptions page.
We have a special drop in class schedules for the month December and Spring Break week(s).
