About Us

Aerial 4 Me  -  what do we do?

Aerial 4 Me offers aerial circus classes in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. We follow a method of teaching aerial arts based on:

  1. Teaching in clearly linear progressions.

  2. Each student learns differently and has different physical ability. Adjust the instruction accordingly.

  3. Teaching a culture of safety.

  4. Giving a sense of security by encouraging students to work within their own comfort level and pace.

  5. Encouragement of self-assessment through body awareness.
